What to Expect

Nicole prides herself on delivering the best chiropractic care to all her patients. She will diagnose and recommended the best options that are tailored to your specific needs.

Before we start

Before we can get started with your first consultation, you will need to complete a brief form online. We will send this to you and prefer that you fill it in prior to your initial consultation. If you are unable to complete the form at home, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first consultation to allow time to do so.

Initial Consult and Report of Findings

45 minutes each

The Initial consult and Report of finds are split into two separate appointments. At the initial chiropractic consultation, you can expect a thorough assessment of your health and spinal alignment. The appointment typically begins with a detailed discussion of your medical history and any specific concerns or symptoms you may have. The chiropractor will then conduct a postural evaluation to assess your alignment, looking for any imbalances or deviations that could be contributing to discomfort or disfunction. This may involve observing how you stand, sit, and move. This initial visit sets the foundation for your chiropractic care journey. After the evaluation, the chiropractor will book you in for the Report of findings.

In the Report of findings appointment, the chiropractor will provide a summary of their observations and any necessary diagnostic tests. They will explain your condition, the underlying issues identified, and discuss a tailored treatment plan to address your needs. Your first treatment session will be offered at this appointment.

Treatment session

10-15 minutes

The initial consultation helps determine the focus of your treatment session. Each treatment session will begin with a quick check-in to discuss any changes in your symptoms. After the treatment, there will be a brief discussion about your progress and any home care recommendations. Each session is tailored to your individual needs.
